Just short of 3 hectares of rolling olive grove surrounds the property making it feel very private and really in depths of the countryside but in reality just a short access track separates the property from a good road and with a good well water supply and town electrics this is a perfect country retreat. if you should not wish to become and olive farmer don’t worry as the present owners have an arrangement with a local farmer who takes care of all the trees and land, providing them with the years olive oil in return for the harvest.
