This great piece of land is located on the outskirts of Olvera, within easy walking distance of all of the amenities. The long plot is accessed via gates at the entrance, and there are an abundance of olive and fruit trees. There’s even palm trees thrown in. The buildings consist of a small house, used for weekend gatherings, and a large dog pen. These buildings have permission and there may be a chance to build a house here in the future, if the current plans to class the area as ‘urban’ come to fruition (obviously we cannot guarantee that this will happen, so the land should be purchased with the view that you may not be able to build any further permanent structures).
