Team Profile

Kevin Park

Kevin has worked in international real estate for 20 years. After qualifying in Marketing at University College London and enjoying a successful career in publicity and marketing he decided he'd had enough of the commute, the traffic etc. and went in search of a better quality of life.
He initially found that in Italy where he used his sales and marketing skills to help develop and rebrand a real estate agency which focussed on both the sale and restoration of old properties mainly in Tuscany and Umbria.
He took over as Head of Sales in 2006 and then subsequently was appointed Managing Director. Family issues forced him back to the UK in 2011 where he worked in the property development sector setting up a new department to market property repairs and renovation with a focus on renewable energy use in buildings.
Four years back in the UK was enough and so in 2015 Kevin moved to Spain, initially settling on the coast near Marbella and working as a sales advisor for a major holiday company. When he discovered Olvera he and his wife bought a small town house intending to use it for weekends. However, disillusioned with the coast and completely in love with the village of Olvera, its people and the laid back lifestyle, Kevin decided to relocate permanently.
Recognising the huge and to a large extent, unfulfilled opportunities in the real estate sector in the area, Kevin was keen to get involved and is thrilled to become the newest member of the team hoping that his skills, experience and background will help many more clients realise their dream of owning a property where he now calls home.
