Here we have a traditional  home on one of the loveliest streets of the old town .

It is in habitable condition as is but a careful renovation could make it perfect

Entering from the street through double wooden doors you have a genorous Zaguan hallway and the second doors take you through to a reception area off which to the front you have the cosy tv lounge , the stairs to the upper floor with storage cupboard underneath , then there is a ground floor double bedroom , a wide hallway leading out the small but charming patio , off which there is basic kitchen and the only bathroom which is fully tiled has screened in shower , vanity and loo .

On the first floor you have two interconnecting spaces both with original exposed  beam and  cane ceilings , the second space maintains the traditional tiny windows and the built grain storage bins , and is accessed through an open archway , the floors on the level are painted not tiled .

The second space is set up for use as a bedroom and this has the access door to the terraces, on the terrace currently there is  the old bathroom and a laundry / storage room , these could be totally or partially removed making even more outdoor space .

From the more open section has gorgeous views to the mountains and our wonderful sunsets .

The roof is older but has been looked after , the beans appear to be healthy and this characterful feature could be preserved along with other typical rustic features too.
