This is a great little house on a friendly street with parking outside, close to the flat part of town. The house does need some work, but has good bones and potential to be a beautiful home.

It could become an amazing little bolthole with good outside space with some imagination and investment.

From the street you enter into a small San Juan, leading into a  reception room with staircase. this leads to two inter-connecting bedrooms on the first floor with sloped beamed ceilings, there is room between these bedrooms  to add a small bathroom, or just turn the first floor into a spacious master suite ?

Back on the ground floor  you have a further internal sitting room, the dividing wall between this and the first reception room could be opened up to give more light and space , beyond the sitting room is good sized  basic kitchen at the back, steps in the kitchen lead to the back door which is where we find  the original bathroom, this could be  integrated to the house  by moving the back door a few meters further back.

Beyond the bathroom stone steps  lead up to the mid terrace, which has  two outbuildings one directly as you enter teh terrace the roof of this could be changed to create a higher level terrace which would give some view , the second outbuilding has been a laundry room and could be reduced in size or removed to make the main terrace area more spacious .

Of course there also remains the option of replacing the sloped beamed roof of the house and raising the back section to be another terrace which will not only give more expansive views but will make the bedroom below higher , more useable and offer direct access to the mid terrace through French doors maybe < So many possibilities here and well worth a visit .
