As I drive to the property I am pleasantly surprised that, although quiet and secluded, how close it is to the Ronda road and therefore just a few minutes from the centre of town.
Walking through the electrically operated main gates to this finca, immediately to my right is the beautiful shady terrace of the 2 bedroom casita or guest cottage. This would be perfect for additional guests or as a separate rental opportunity as, in addition to the terrace, this has a well appointed kitchen, sitting room with a wood burner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Perfect for holidays in the Serrania di Ronda and with gas central heating, can be used all year round.
Outside there is a lovely swimming pool, which is auto chemical dosing and enjoys views across the valley to the hills in the distance. The pool takes excess heat from the solar hot water heating so the pool can be used much earlier in the year than would be usual. The solar panels also supply power to the grid. Water to the property comes from a natural spring and there is a 3,000 litre reserve tank to supply the house plus a further 5,000 litre reserve tank for watering the garden which comprises 2,800 square metres of mainly flat land with lawn and fruit trees.
There are several terraces, the biggest one of which is handily situated off the kitchen of the main house.
