We have known this cute property for many years .
There have been changes over the years , with a new roof and the addition of a fabulous pellet burner to warm the cooler winter nights .
Having said that it still maintains much of its quirky and characterful loveliness.
Entering from the street we have an open plan kitchen and living room , the kitchen is a built style with tiled work tops and open shelving.
There is a high breakfast bar between the kitchen and the lounge room .
the lounge has original arches and niches plus the aforementioned pellet burner the walls are a perfect example of the original textured plaster work .
Beyond this there is a small dining room with original beams and a full glass door leading into the lovely patio which has exposed stone walls and stone clad in other parts , there is a possibility to rebuild a now demolished two storey stable which used to be at the very end of the patio , this could be just a hand annex for storage , or if you rebuilt the ground level with a flat roof that could be a terrace with a summer kitchen underneath.
the first floor features an other lounge com occasional guest bedroom with window over looking the patio a hallway with storage a shower room and a lovely double bedroom all with the rustic finish that matches into the original features of the property.
