From the outside this is a small white washed cottage on a quiet plaza in the Andalusian village of Pruna, Seville and then the front door opens and clearly there is much more to this house than is visible from the street.
Through the entrance hallway you come to a sitting/dining room off of which is a ground floor double bedroom. Through the arched hallway and you come to a cozy snug with wood burner, a lovely warm room for winter evenings but which would also be a cool haven in the summer months.
Carrying on from the snug is a bathroom and a small kitchen area. The owners have also prepared a larger room at the end of the house in case the new owner would like a larger kitchen. Steps from this area lead to the roof terrace which has a second, raised area created to take advantage of the views over the ancient castle of Pruna. From the terrace there is access to a further large room which could become either a garage, storage or a separate apartment.
Back to the entrance and stairs lead to the upper floor where we find two bedrooms, a further third room which could be an office or dressing room. On this floor there is also a modern bathroom and large storage cupboard.
Pruna is a quiet village in Seville province, Andalusia with a friendly community and many bars and restaurants which creates the perfect environment for both holidays as well as full time living. Malaga, Jerez and Seville airports are all within easy reach as are the well known historic towns of Ronda and Cordoba.
