Anne-Marie found and bought her dream house in Olvera in 2006 through Zoë at Olvera Properties. She moved here with her then 8 year old daughter in January 2007,completing much of the renovation work on her home with her own hands.
She soon asked if there was ever any extra work they needed help with...being a Spanish speaker, having lived in the heart of Andalucia for more than 2 years already, Zoe knew she would be of some use to their happy clients, and were glad to hand over many of the after sales jobs that cropped up, such as managing building projects, translation's, paper chasing amongst a myriad of other things, and still continues to do this , all her clients find this a reassuring and invaluable service.
Whilst continuing to provide this independent service for many clients she also now handles some viewings and sells a few houses every so often! She is most often found anywhere except the office, being a busy bee is Anne-Marie's thing!
