Having used Olvera Properties when we bought our first house in 2010, (which is being successfully rented out as a holiday home)we had absolutely no hesitation in using them again when we decided to buy a second home in Olvera. We wanted a ruin that we could reform and put our own stamp on but finding a place that was just right for us was not easy. The houses we looked at were too big or two small or beyond our budget. Anne-Marie didn’t give up looking and she finally found us the perfect house. She then arranged inspections by a local builder and an architect, arranged quotes and gave us lots of helpful advice.
