We absolutely love this house situated on a friendly Street in the centre of the old town this four story house, he is beautiful recently painted inside and out. It really is a blank canvas..

Entering through the gorgeous San Juan entrance into a light and sunny room with an area for an office at the front and to the back a cozy sitting room, this room benefits from windows on both sides so you can see the view towards the Sierra’s. As well as having lied from the front of the house on the street side, downstairs is a large kitchen diner again open plan with Windows to the street at the back as well as a door to the street below.

Upstairs, you have two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor, both bedrooms have windows to the street, allowing lots of light., upstairs again you have beautiful bedroom to the front with small circular windows, there is also a utility space which leads out onto the terrace and the most amazing views in all directions.

The house has lots of light and is a beautiful welcoming home which we do not anticipate will hang around for long.
