This is a bright , cosy home that has been so improved by the current owners , it offers comfort and practicality .
Entering in through the recently added front door you step into a welcoming lounge with its fantastic wood burning stove and open aspect to the kitchen diner , the kitchen has wood cabinetry top and bottom with granite worktops , a ceramic hob and electric oven plus a free standing fridge freezer , there is also a handy pantry area tucked away under the stairs. Undoubtedly one of my favourite features of this space is the blue dutch door backdoor and the matching window , hand made by a local carpenter both are tasteful and quality .
Out the back door a set of beautiful tiled steps leads down to a small patio off which is the fully renovated basement , now a cosy snug this once neglected space has been turned into an attractive useable area , tiled , plastered and once again with hand made window and door.
Back in the house and on the first floor are two good sized double bedrooms and a lovely modernised bathroom with Walk-in glass screeded shower , a vanity unit a loo and the washing machine , plus a hidden storage space . The second bedroom offers a fab view from the window whist the larger one over looks the street below.
Moving on up the spiral staircase you have access to a good sized terrace which offers spectacular views and enough space for alfresco dining and enjoyment
If you’re looking for an easy buy to enjoy this could be the one for you !
