From the moment we met Anne-Marie we knew that we had found an agency we liked and trusted. The girls had put together an interesting range of properties that fitted our criteria and were well-within our budget (unlike many other agents we had viewed with, who concentrated on the maximum we could afford and had not listened to what we were actually looking for at all). Anne-Marie had all the answers to everything we asked her and nothing was too much trouble for her. Throughout the buying process she went out of her way to make things easy for us while we were back in the UK, and kept us well informed of progress all the way through. Zoë was also always on-hand to answer every little query that we had. Only one of us could return to Spain on the day of actual purchase, but Anne-Marie and Zoë had absolutely everything organised and guided me through the process. Having them by my side throughout was completely invaluable. They acted as translators, helped me with all the financial transactions, transferred the amenities over to our names, set up direct debits and recommended caretakers. They both went way beyond the call of duty, including me in their social lives for the duration of my stay and introducing me to several of their friends. They made me feel so welcome in Olvera that I felt completely at home after only a couple of days. The service Olvera Properties provide is second to none. Earlier this year we bought our property in Pruna after a particularly depressing and pointless visit with another agent around Iznajar. What arelief it was when we met up with Anne Marie in Olvera! She showed us several interesting places in Pruna and Olvera before finally letting us view the ‘Tardis’ (her words). We have not looked back since. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. She even took us to our favourite tapas bar afterwards! Cant recommend this company enough. My wife had been visiting Olvera for a little over 4 years to see friends. It was in 2012 – on our Ruby wedding anniversary – when she surprised me with the gift of Calle Zorilla, a gorgeous 3-storey townhouse on a quiet traffic-free road in the heart of the town. It was just the project I was looking for and we spent the next 3 years refurbishing and turning a house into a home.
Ann-Marie and Zoe are such perfectionists; their knowledge of the Spanish legal system faultless, and having Spanish speaking agents is priceless. Professional hand-holding is their forte.
In 2015 we decided to purchase a larger property and we returned once again to Olvera Properties. They presented a wide and varied collection of properties for viewing – and once again their talent and expertise were seamless.
I’m penning this little missive in the kitchen of our new home – we have just reached the first anniversary of moving in.

We visited Olvera in Spring 2023 for just a day to view a small house we had viewed on line with…Olvera Properties.The house appealed immediately, we looked at no others.We met Zoe, Ann-Marie with vendors at the house…Done deal.. with Simon, Olvera Properties continued  flawlessly along with their concierge service to complete the sale.  We had more than welcoming and helpful vendors too, even celebrated with them later that evening.The house  is in the old town, very spanish, we know little spanish but try, we are always made welcome. The view from our terrace is beautiful, countryside, mountains and birds song.  Up behind us is the Jesus statue and higher up the beautiful Church, Castle there are wonderful walks and bicycle routes.We wander through the streets and find new pretty areas all the time.Hot in summer with a beautiful municipal pool, blue skies and crispy air at Christmas.We have visited each season including Christmas.We go again in April…Cant wait……💫 Ruthie & Ant

When we decided to investigate buying a house in Spain Olvera Properties was one of several estate agents we dealt with.
And what a breath of fresh air they were. In stifling October heat I was shown properties in Olvera and Pruna.
Finally choosing a house in Pruna we put ano offer in on 10th October which was accepted.
And this was when the expertise of Zoe and Annemarie was shown. Bank accounts were set up, a date booked for Annemarie to take us to Cadiz to get our, essential, NIE.
Mandates were set up to pay utilities and council tax. Meters were read, all outstanding bills paid from previous owners. In short, Zoe and Annemarie made this the most painless house sale we have ever had.
One month later we moved into our lovely Pruna home, and cannot thank Zoe and Annemarie enough for making it possible.
It is their professionalism, approachability, and friendliness that gives them such a large portfolio of properties, sellers trust them, and that makes buying easier.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
